Color ingots fetch a modest price in-game and are in high demand.
- There are 9 books per set.
- There is one book for each of the 8 colors except one extra for Valorite.
- Each book contains 16 unique locations.
- Each rune is marked in a safe as possible manner, though there are some places where caution is due because of npc reds...maybe about 3 spots out of the whole set.
- These books provide easy access to some of the best mining locations in the game.
- Each rune is marked on the Trammel facet.
- These books can not be stolen and will stay with your character upon death.
GM mining will come faster because you will have access to the colors you need to smelt for optimal skill gain. FACT: Smelting color ore does in-fact provide the best skill gain (Smelting your color ore one at a time will do wonders for skill gain).
Your blacksmith will have easy access to the colors he/she needs to complete BODs or other orders.
Going prices on colored ingots if sold on a vendor in high traffic mall...lower if sold player to player (cut by almost half from upper range..nice markup, eh?):
Iron: 8-11 ea
Dull Copper: 25-35 ea
Shadow: 30-40 ea
Copper: 35-40 ea
Bronze: 55-65 ea
Golden: 55-65 ea
Agapite: 65-75 ea
Verite: 70-80 ea
Valorite: 80-90 ea
